Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Softenix.com.my aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. We will have your items shipped to you as fast as possible However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
